Conference rooms are available to reserve regardless if you’re a Collective member or a one-time visitor.
If you are non-member in need of conference room space, please book below.
For all Collective members needing a conference room, you will book your room using The Collective App, hosted through Optix. Booking through the app will ensure you are able to utilize your allotted meeting room hours included in your plan free of charge. Once in the home screen of the app, you will select “Book Conference Room” to view availability and reserve your meeting.

Nonmember Pricing: $45/hr
Member Pricing: $18/hr
Equipped with two large TV's, a Solstice Pod, and Logitech Meetup with Expansion Mic Video and Audio Conferencing System, whiteboard, and catering options available!
The Cove / Seats 5 Guests
Nonmember Pricing: $35/hr
Member Pricing: $14/hr

Audio-Visual Studio / Seats 3 Guests
Nonmember Pricing: $60/hr
Member Pricing: $24/hr
Equipped with acoustic panels, a MacMini, and a high-end recording microphone. Perfect for recording podcasts or video content!
